Usage Tips and Care Instructions:

• Care of the lunch box/food container:  handwash food container with warm soapy water, dishwasher not recommended - and ensure all parts are fully dry before storage and reassembly. The food container’s retention clips are easily unfastened, so the lid and box can be separated and washed with warm soapy water.
  
• Ensure all 5 silicone bands are present under the lid: the 4 locking tabs will not lock down if any of the 5 silicone bands are missing
• Ensure the dial is in the fully open position when placing the lid back on the base. If the dial is not fully in the open position (so either closed, or halfway between open or closed) and being forced back on when closing the lid, the dial may pop out if the lid and cause damage
• Washing the food box in the dishwasher: since temperatures vary between dishwashers, for product longevity, it is recommended that the lid and base be hand-washed. The bottom section may be placed on the dishwashers top shelf, with the temperature at the lowest setting
